Paper Doll Notes / Todo List

Tabs:

  • Char/Stats
    • Inventory?
      • A history as well, something like "This character wears this item 85% percent of the time". Keep a history of the item slot over a ~14 day period for the percentage.
  • Skills
  • Rep
    • Heroic Keys (add Category)
    • Scryer / Aldor (add Category)
      • Sub categories (so that we can find Exalted Aldor Leatherworkers and stuff.
  • Honor/Arena (PvP)
    • Kills list (page listing all valid guild members with their kills ranked).
  • Raids
  • Loot

Other todo items / notes / thoughts:

  • Separate page on the Wiki for each faction with a list of all guild members and their status with that faction.
  • Badges / Acheivements
  • Pull in character avatars and/or allow a person to specify what picture they want used for their paper doll.
  • Find a better term for the widget then "Paper Doll"...that's not something that I can copyright.
  • Depending on the popularity in the future I need to plan that the code is released for other people to use. Need to rewrite portions of the code for more flexibility in the configuration and put in more documentation.
    • This will also probably mean moving the guts of the processing into a Perl Package to be included in the various scripts. Since all the scripts handle XML processing differently, this may simply future code and make my life easier.
  • Work with an artist to make the paper doll prettier.
  • Extended Arena notes / ideas:
    • I'd like to have a 3-month (12 data points -- weekly) history of activity on the Arena teams. I can then use this in graphs on the Arena Team pages.
      • Graph 1 -- Rating over time
        • What about a second graph, showing this team's rating vs. all other similar teams in DLC? Would that cause strife and friction?
      • Graph 2 -- Participation -- Shows each member of the team and how many games that they participated in each week.
        • Problems with this graph?
